plasma theme for linux and vista kde 4

KDE 4 Plasma theme made by ireko

Changelog:

0.5:
-colored attention task
-added hint-stretch-borders element to systemtray.svg
0.4:
-added different look for panels in east and west position
-made less panel's border
-changed krunner.svg (I think, that now it blends better with the other elements)

0.3:
-everything changed :)

0.2:
-fixed background.svg

0.1:
-initial release
