File formats

You probably have a reason for wanting to compress everything into gzip, but please stop it. To start with, the nice filenames shown on the original page, such as bridge.tar.gz, turn into random nonsense like 74xhu08965.gz when downloaded. This is a pain in the ass.
They're just images...can we please have access to full-size images uncompressed? It just creates about 40x more work when I have to unzip them, figure out what file is which, rename it, then copy it to my wallpaper directory.
Downloading Files
I think there are no problems with the way graphics are packaged - a simple archive containing the image and its licence. I've used Firefox, elinks and D4X and downloaded all files exactly as they appear on this site. Compared to some other art sites, this site looks and feels good to use.

Thank You for this comment. Random file names when You try to save it on Your disk is BUG. I try to repair it soon.
Problem is not only with wallpapers but much more with other contents like themes, because it (You right wallpapers may not be gziped) must be gziped (ziped or bzi2ed ;).
