Moodin engine based
I sugest to use consistent KDM theme: http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=46638
and picture from screenshot 2 as wallpaper and offcorse bootsplash ;)
This theme works nice in 1280x1024 resolution but I not try in others.
